Mark Attanasio's group are set to tighten their grip on Norwich City - but what does the next stage of their Carrow Road involvement look like?

The Canaries confirmed on Monday morning their intention to hold a general meeting that will signify the move to next phase of the American's involvement in the football club.

Attanasio is on course to achieve parity with current majority shareholders Delia Smith and Michael Wynn Jones should shareholders vote in favour of the motion at Carrow Road on October 3.

Shareholders will spend the next three weeks combing over the fine details of the documents before casting their vote.

Our correspondents Connor Southwell and Paddy Davitt have sat down to try and explain what the documents contain, assess what it means for the positions of power at Carrow Road and how it affects the future direction of travel for the club.
