A city estate agent has run more than 1,500 miles this year in memory of his friend who took his own life.
Raven Boyce, 48, is committing himself to running every single day this year and has already completed the equivalent of 57 marathons.
And despite the challenges - balancing work, parenting and unpredictable weather - Raven has averaged nearly five miles a day.
"It has been tough to get out there every day, regardless of my mood or the conditions," he said.
"But running is a really powerful way to raise money for good causes I care about.

Raven's running journey has touched a chord with Norwich folk who have helped him raise more than £2,000 for Doctors Without Borders.
He added: "During the Covid pandemic, I ran 26 miles every week for about two years to raise funds for Mind and last year I ran the London Marathon in memory of a friend who tragically took his own life.
"If I can raise some funds along the way, that's a small action within my power and something useful I can do to help those in need."
