Grab a slice of the action as a Norwich café is running a free cake offer to celebrate its fifth birthday. 

Nourish opened in Grove Road in 2019 and it is known for its nutrient-dense bakes and meals.

It is especially popular with fitness enthusiasts who are looking to fuel their training or enjoy a coffee and snack post-workout.

To celebrate five years in business, owner and former Run Norwich 10k winner Emma Risbey has announced a special offer.

On Thursday, October 31, customers will be treated to a free cake with every purchase.

Miss Risbey said: “We try and support local producers, using organic ingredients wherever possible.

"We have built a real community with friendly, loyal customers who love our breakfast, brunch and lunch items and we have made some great friends along the way.

"We invite customers old and new to join us on Halloween to celebrate this milestone."

The business has three members of staff and a coffee truck is available for events. 

Nourish is open Tuesday to Friday from 8.30am to 3pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm (closed Sundays and Mondays).
