There are delays near the city people queue to dispose of hazardous waste.
Household hazardous waste disposal is taking place at Norwich North Recycling Centre on October 5 and October 6.
It is the one time in the year the recycling centre accepts waste that may cause harm to humans or animals and requires specialist disposal.
The waste disposal day is causing delays on the NDR this morning.
