An award-winning chippy in Norwich has been slammed by a food reviewer in a viral YouTube video.
Grosvenor Fish Bar, a longstanding city staple in the heart of the Norwich Lanes, recently celebrated 100 years of service and has won countless prizes.
Food reviewer YouTuber Gary Eats - who has 144,000 subscribers - visited the restaurant last week but felt he could only leave an unsavoury review.
"It's the strangest fish and chip shop I've ever been in," the YouTuber said. "Totally quirky and really weird, which I like."
Gary ordered a large cod, a fishcake, a regular portion of chips, some tiger prawns and a smorgasbord of condiments - gravy, curry sauce and mushy peas.

On the quality of the food, he said: "The chips are lacking any real flavour. They need a little bit of help unfortunately.
"It's a very thin gravy. That is shocking. It's not doing it for me at all.
"The mushy peas are quite sour. They've got a dreadful taste. They're not nice at all."
He even said that the fish bar's curry sauce was "the worst I've ever had”, comparing it to “wallpaper paste".

"The cod is a bit watery and a little bit mushy," he added. "You expect it to flake but it's very mushy. The batter itself tastes of nothing.
"If this is the best in Norwich then you have my sympathies."
He claimed "the tiger prawns saved the day", describing the tempura batter as "crispy and light".
The chippy scored just three and a half out of 10 stars at the end of Gary Eat's YouTube video - which currently has 146,000 views.
Duane Dibartolomeo, who runs the Grosvenor Fish Bar, said: "Everybody has their take and their taste. I can't argue with that.
"All we want to do is serve the best quality food and be nice to our customers as we do it. And we can't please everyone."
