Jarrolds has issued a touching tribute to Gaynor Lord following the formal identification of her body.
The 55-year-old went missing from her job at the Bullards concession in the department store around an hour and 15 minutes before her shift ended on December 8.
A week-long search ensued and Gaynor, a mother-of-three, was found by police divers on Friday in the River Wensum, 400 metres from her last known sighting.
She was identified on Sunday following a post-mortem examination where police ruled her death as not suspicious.
Wensum Park has since been reopened and floral tributes have been laid at the gates by St Martins Road and Drayton Road.
In a statement released on Monday, Jarrolds said: "Our thoughts are with the family of Gaynor Lord at this extremely difficult time.
"As someone who worked within the store, she will be missed by all and we would like to pass on our collective condolences."
Her employer Bullards added: "As a valued member of the Bullards team, Gaynor Lord will be greatly missed. Our heartfelt condolences to her family at this extremely difficult time."
