Properties in Norwich and Wymondham have appeared on BBC's Homes Under The Hammer.
Presenter Jacqui Joseph visited a former fishmongers in Norwich and a two-bed bungalow in Wymondham.
The Norwich property, which was S and J Seafood, had the shop and kitchen downstairs, a two-floor maisonette flat upstairs and a rear courtyard.
It was bought in May 2022 by property developer Dan for £120,000.
He created a blank canvas for an incoming business and added a separate entrance and bedroom to the student flat.
In May 2023, Chris Bailey from Auction House said the property could rent for £2,200pcm or sell for up to £275,000.
The "rare opportunity" Wymondham property had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and a garden.
It was bought in September 2022 by retired IT consultant Andrew for £220,000.
He has partially finished the renovation, bricking up the front door and putting a lawn down in the garden.
In June 2023, James Patience from William H Brown said the bungalow could rent for £1,000pcm or sell for up to £270,000.
Homes Under the Hammer is a daytime BBC show that visits properties across the country which are available for purchase by auction.
It then follows the journey of buyers as they renovate the properties.
