A nature reserve outside the city is launching a water sport next week.
Canoeing at Taverham Mill will begin next Monday, August 14.
Visitors will be able to see wildlife such as wading birds, carp, cattle and sheep.
Reserve manager Harry Waye-Barker said: "We wanted to offer visitors a unique view of the reserve from the canoes.
"The marginal habitat around the river Wensum is stunning and there is the chance of seeing kingfishers darting by."
Canoeing is £25 for 45 minutes with two people and £30 for 45 minutes with three people.
Dogs can also join in the fun if they have their own buoyancy aids.
Bookings until the end of the October half-term must be made through the visitor centre by calling 01603 861014.
The much-loved highland cattle returned to the Mill in June following a winter getaway to Suffolk.
Visitors can walk and cycle for £5 per person at Taverham Mill and dogs are welcome on leads.
There is a cafe in the visitor centre where people can enjoy a hot drink and sweet treat.
Taverham Mill is open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 10am to 4pm Sunday.
