A former takeaway in the city centre could become a two-bedroom home.
Plans would see the former Caspian pizza and kebab shop in King Street converted.
The three-storey site has been vacant since April 2022 and the building's frontage has since fallen into disrepair.
If approved by the city council, the ground floor would be altered to provide an entrance lobby and open plan living room and kitchen.

The upper floors, which were historically used for overnight stays by former staff members, would comprise one bedroom and shower room on the first and one bedroom with an ensuite on the second.
A dedicated bin storage area is also proposed within the external courtyard to the rear of the property.
Planning documents state: "The proposed development at 44 King Street aims to restore unity with the street scene, and reduces the harsh effects of the existing facade, improving the quality of the area from the street level."
The application will now be considered by Norwich City Council.
