There were delays on the A47 on the outskirts of Norwich after a crash.
Police were called to the collision near the Longwater junction at about 1.30pm on Sunday (July 9).
A car had overturned in William Frost Way and emergency services attended.
A man in his 80s was released from his vehicle by the Fire Service.
He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital with injuries described as not life-threatening or life-changing.
The slip road to Dereham Road was closed for a time to allow for vehicle recovery and for a damaged lamppost to be made safe.
There were some delays in the area with traffic in both directions.
