Peacefully passed away at Oakwood House Care Home on Saturday, October 5th aged 81 years.
Ann will be dearly missed by her family and all those that knew and loved her. The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Friday, November 1st at 3.30 p.m. Family flowers only, any donations in memory of
Ann may be made payable and sent directly to Alzheimer's Society.
