SMITH PATRICIA ANN Peacefully passed at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital on October 1st age 90 years. Much beloved wife of Roy (deceased) and mother to Nigel, Graham, Christine and Jackie. Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She will be dearly missed. The funeral service will be held at St Faiths Crematorium on Tuesday, October 29th at 1.30 p.m. Flowers welcome. Donations if desired, can be made on the day to the Guide Dogs and to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital Trust.
