Middleton Trevor Passed away on 28th May. Out of pain now. Loving husband of Daphne. Dad to Ian and Neil and their wives Gemma and Jo. Grandad and Great Grandad. Funeral Service at St Faiths Crematorium on Wednesday 14th June at 3.30 p.m. Please wear bright colours.
