COLLINS HAZEL In loving memory of Hazel Collins, who passed at home peacefully in her sleep on February 20th, aged 96. Sadly missed by her loving husband George and all the family. Funeral at St Faith's Crematorium on March 21st at 3.30 p.m. Donations in her memory to the Alzheimer's Society c/o East of England Co-op Funeral Service, 21 Witard Road, NR7 9XD.
