LIGHTWING EILEEN (nee Croly) Peacefully at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital on July 20th, 2022, aged 73 years. Beloved wife of Jimmy, much loved mum of Marie, Susie, Karl and Rob and loving nan to Toby, Charlie, Alex and Mia. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.Tributes

Eileen and Jimmy, I think of you so often. I have been meaning to get in touch for ages and just googled to see if I could find a contact address for Eileen only to come across her obituary. I'm sending all my love and belated condolences to her daughters and Jimmy.
I met Eileen after we both had a kidney transplant at the same time and were in beds next to each other for recovery. Eileen and her family kept me company and showed me so much kindness and compassion during that time and I think fondly of them all the time. Although we were at very different stages of our lives we bonded and i had hoped to reconnect since returning to the area. Thank you for the laughs, Eileen.
