COOK DAVID ‘Dave’ Passed away at home on September 9th, 2021, aged 84. Funeral service will be held at Earlham Crematorium on Wednesday, September 29th, 2021, at 2.45 p.m. Adding a splash of Blue or White to your attire would be most appreciated, to commemorate Dave’s love, Chelsea F.C.
