CHAPPELL MADELAINE HELEN (Maddie) Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, with her children beside her. Much loved mum, grandma and friend to all who knew her. She will be sorely missed. The funeral service will take place at St Faith's Crematorium, Norwich on Tuesday, December 7th at 1.15 p.m. Flowers by 11 a.m. please or donations, if desired, made payable to the British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Harveys Funeral Home, 1 Norwich Road, New Costessey, Norwich, NR5 0EA.
