So far, 25 people have taken on the 'Cardiac Arrest Challenge' at a Norfolk pub, but only one has been able to complete it.
Matthew Coldham of Matty C's has run the kitchen at The Countryman in Tasburgh since the summer.
It is located along the A140, near Long Stratton, and the food offering includes burgers, hot dogs, all-day breakfasts, pub classics and Sunday roasts.

Customers with a big appetite can take on the 'Cardiac Arrest Challenge', with a reservation required.
The total weight of the dish is just under 3kg and it includes four of each of the following - burgers, sausage patties, chicken fillets, hash browns, bacon and eggs.
It is topped with cheese and served inside an 800g tiger loaf.
Diners are given an hour to eat the giant sandwich, which costs £37.50 or free if the plate is clean.

On Friday night, food challenge blogger Jj Da Lion, who has a YouTube channel, became the first person to complete it in 49 minutes.
Mr Coldham said: "He drove down from Leicester and said it was one of the most difficult ones he has done."
The first person to beat his time will be given a cash prize of £50.
Food is available at the pub on Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm to 9pm, Saturdays from 12noon to 9pm and Sundays from 12noon to 6pm.
