Drivers have been warned of disruption this week due to the closure of the A47 near Norwich.
The road will be closed overnight from Thursday to Saturday between 8pm and 6am for a National Highways project.
The closure will allow for reconstruction and repairs to take place on the westbound carriageway.
The three-and-a-half-mile closure will span from the A140 Ipswich Road junction to the Thickthorn roundabout.
A diversion route will be in place to redirect traffic.
