A man has been arrested on suspicion of rape in connection with an incident in a park in Norwich.
It happened shortly after 11pm on June 10 when a man was raped near the bandstand in Chapelfield Gardens.
Enquiries led officers to arrest a man in his 30s in Beccles on Monday night.
He has been taken to Great Yarmouth Police Station for questioning where he remains.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who was in Chapelfield Gardens between 11pm and 11.45pm on June 10.
Detective Chief Inspector Kevin Barber from Broadland CID said: "Our appeal for witnesses or any information is ongoing and I would urge anyone who was in the area to come forward regardless of whether or not they believe they saw anything.
“We would particularly like to hear from anyone who saw two men entering Chapelfield Gardens from the direction of Little Bethel Street and from anyone who may have seen a male dressed in dark clothing running off in the direction of or along Chapelfield Road.”
