A city comedian is trying to learn the truth about one of the world's most notorious dictators in an upcoming documentary.

Munya Chawawa, who was a pupil at Notre Dame High School, is on a mission to track down infamous North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un.

The 31-year-old was born in Derby and then spent his early years in Zimbabwe, moved back to England - to the village of Framingham Pigot on the outer edge of the city - aged 11.

"A lot of that stems from North Korea and Kim Jong-Un, so doing this doc has not only been fascinating, but also given me a strange sense of closure, cheers Kim."
