Frustrated locals have vowed to "keep the pressure" on a city Wetherspoons after a row broke out about parking near the pub.
The Whiffler, on the Hellesdon side of Boundary Road, sacrificed more than 20 of its car parking spaces for greater outdoor seating provision during the Covid-19 pandemic.
But the pub then decided to make this change permanent - a move locals say has shunted parking onto streets and kerbs instead.
Tuesday night saw homeowners gather at the Wetherspoon boozer in an effort to bring an end to the ongoing neighbourhood row.

"More people turned up than expected," said Lacey Douglass, Broadland district councillor for Hellesdon South.
"Moving forward, it will be baby steps towards a solution.
"The pub acknowledged it is causing some of the issues and said it will look at all the options available to improve the situation.
"This includes potentially developing the rear or the front of the site to provide more parking.
"I see that as progress and overall the meeting was positive.
"But we will continue to keep the pressure on and we will find solutions."
It is understood that converting land to the rear of The Whiffler into additional parking and the potential addition of double yellow lines were proposed prior to the crunch meeting.
As talks continue, a 'polite notice' asking people to be more considerate of the neighbourhood has been put up outside the pub.

A spokesman for Wetherspoon said: "Representatives from the company met local residents at The Whiffler yesterday evening to discuss their concerns about parking in the area.
"During Covid a number of car-parking spaces at the front of the pub were used to make a bigger outside area which we have kept in place, as it has proved very popular with our customers.

"Feedback at the meeting was that this has led to an increase in inconsiderate parking in the streets near the pub by our customers.
"The meeting was a positive one which has allowed us to fully understand the problems faced by the local residents who attended.
"Whilst there may be other reasons contributing to local parking problems, we are looking at possible solutions to help resolve the issue and will continue to work with the local community, many of whom use the pub."
